Contract of employment Dear I am pleased to extend to you a formal offer of employment on the terms and conditions set out

in this letter which constitutes the statement of your terms and conditions of employment within the meaning of the Terms of Employment (information) Act 1994. This will form the contract between you and .. with effect from Please, indicate your acceptance by signing at the end of this letter. Job Title: Reporting to: Term of contract: Permanent, hours weekly, commencing Probationary Period: The first two months of your employment will be of a probationary nature to enable you and me to access each other for suitability and compatibility. During this period either party can terminate the contract with one weeks notice.

Code of conduct All staff members are expected to be in full uniform at all time. You are expected to arrive to work on time. Please, avoid wearing heavy necklaces, earrings, bracelets or accessories that are not part of your uniform. While working for the company we will ask you kindly to consider the other team members and the customers in your work place. We would like to remind you that smoking is prohibited during working hours. If you smoke on your way to work or at your break, please, take correct measures for oral hygiene as you are dealing with the general public. Remuneration You will be paid weekly either by credit transfer or cash at the rate of Euro gross per hour. This amount is subject to change according the Irish Law on minimum payment.

Working hours The 20 hours will be spread over the days that your attendance is required. You also may be required to work such further hours as appropriate and necessary depending on the level of business. This will be in accordance with the Working Time Organization Act 1977. Holidays You will be entitled to 8% of hours worked or twenty working days (with full-time employment of 40 hours weekly). This means ten working days with a twenty-hour workweek. These holidays are to be taken at such reasonable time or times as may be approved by Anthony Moran. One months notice must be issued in respect of requesting holidays and management reserve the right to refuse these holidays and it is advisable for staff to have holidays approved prior to booking as holidays are allocated on a first come basis. Upon termination of your employment, for whatever reason, an appropriate deduction from your salary will be made in the event that you have taken more paid holidays than you were at that date entitled to. Upon termination of employment for any reason, pay for any accrued but untaken holiday is calculated as above. Employment You will devote the whole of your working time and energy to the business of the Business and furtherance of its interests. The Business requires you to undertake the duties and obligations referred to in this Contract. The rights and obligations as set out in this Contract of Employment shall continue to apply unless and until superseded by revised Contract terms. Sick Leave If, for any reason other than exceptional circumstances, you are absent from the Companys employ or unable to carry out the full duties of your employment, you must contact the company by 9.30 a.m. on the first day of such absence. Failure to do so may result in your wages been stopped until you return to work. A certificate from a qualified Medical Practitioner must be submitted on the third day of continuous absence and on a weekly basis thereafter.

Health and Safety In accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989, you should take all reasonable steps to safeguard your own health and safety and that of any other person who may be affected by your activities at work. You are required to comply with all Health and Safety instructions issued by the Business or your manager and you should report any hazards or breaches of Health and Safety policy to the Business or your manager at the earliest opportunity Maternity/Paternity You will be entitled to the benefit of and subject to the Businesss policy on Parental leave. This does not affect your statutory rights. The Business will always comply with its statutory obligations and you should make sure that you are aware of your rights under the Maternity Protection Acts 1994 and 2004, as well as the Parental Leave Act 1998. Termination and Notice Period During the probationary period either you or the Business will be entitled to terminate this contract by giving the other party one week notice in writing. After that both parties are bound to giving the other party two weeks notice. If notice to terminate your employment is given by either party, the Business may either pay you in lieu for the unexpired portion of your employment or ask you to perform all of your normal duties or any part thereof. Changes in the contract Changes in the terms of this contract or in other terms, conditions & rules of employment will be notified to you before the date of proposed change, and will have effect with your acceptance or acquiescence. Governing Law This contract shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts to determine and dispute concerning its terms of your employment
