Organisations working directly as not for profit, short term for the benefit of 12-18yr olds, using qualified staff & incurring no cost to Youth Arts Jersey may have fees waived at the discretion of the management.
The management of Youth Arts Jersey reserves the right to determine the appropriate fee or refuse any hire or loan of its resources. Equipment will only be issued on completion of the appropriate booking forms and compliance with payment/collection arrangements & conditions of hire We remind you that you are strongly advised to insure any equipment hired or loaned from us as we will seek repair or new replacement at the hirers expense for items lost or returned to us damaged. It is the hirers responsibility to check items for functionality and suitability at the time of issue and to notify us of any loss or damage on return Any promotional event literature containing references to La Motte Street must be agreed by the management prior to publication.
