My major strength is my "take it easy policy" which leads to all other sub strengths like not becoming angry soon,moving with people easily,not becoming stress,my confident level adn my positive attitude towards work. Beacuse of this kind of strength i have no weakness with me so far.

My strengths are I'm an innovative thinker and I use my creativity in every work and make the task simple and I work effectively, I'm optimistic, I have a sprawling mind to solve critical situations. My weakness are apprehensiveness, it makes to check my work done once or twice so that I can avoid my mistakes which gives me perfection in my work done, and I'm impatient, whatever task I want to do I want it to be done as early as possible, I'm not satisfy until I finish my task perfectly, and I'm possessive to all my things, some times it shown on my work which will lead me to work well.

I have strong leadership and interpersonal skills which I have cultivated in past few years of my career life. I have been always good at mathematical problem solving and analytical thinking. These are my core strengths relevant to this job application. Nobody is perfect , so am I. I used to panic if the deadline crossed over, but this does not affect much now as I have worked on the problem and tried some workouts to stabilise my mind from panicking in such situations.

Please do not use chat terms. Example: avoid using "grt" instead of "great".
Related questions: What makes you angry? How many hours a week do you normally work? Have you been absent from work more than a few days in any previous position? What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea, but you think it stinks? Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?
