Everyone in this world must want to be success in their life. In my opinion, successful in life does not come from taking risks or chances, but it comes from careful planning. These are several reasons that follow my statement. Making careful planning in life helps people to be more focus on their goals. When they focus on their planning, they will keep trying and fighting to get their wishes. Taking risks can teach us new lessons in our life. This will give us new experience of learning new things, where we can find our strength and weaknesses. We can find our interest in that work or activity. This will help us to improve our skills and work on our weaknesses. This will not always results success but, failure is the first step to success so, we should learn to take risk in our life to find our strength and weaknesses. econdly, taking risks can help us to find new ideas and opportunities in life. We can also make a profit by taking risks. !or example, in share market, people take risk and carefully invest their money and luckily they earn profit out of that. "nother example, while playing basketball for instance, many times players have to take risks to win the match, even if some of them know they could not perform that certain winning move. #o matter, whether they win the match or not, but they will have satisfaction that they tried. o, failure could also be the result of risks, but that does not mean, we should stop taking risk and keep ourselves away from new ideas and opportunities. $n the other hand, some people agree that success in their life sometimes also comes from getting risks or chances. It often happens to people who like having something surprisingly. They %ust think to let the situation flow. !inally, not everyone will get the time to think and plan, so by considering positive points of risk, I think, success comes by taking risks or chances. &hiuta 'lad

(). Work, whether it is mentally or physically, is the primary base for the development of societies. It is the guarantee for advancement and prosperity of the countries and its peoples. I do agree with the statement which states that money is considered to be the most important aspect of work. This is because earning money is in itself a great factor that has a direct influence on individuals, beside, it has a significant impact on other aspects of work such as independence and personal achievements.

To begin with, earning money through work is considered to be the most important aspect of a %ob because it*s only through money that one can guarantee a decent life. Through money, we can pay our bills, satisfy our families* needs including food, shelter, clothes, education and health care. Without money, work will have no value since it will lose its most significant aspect as individuals will not be able to support themselves or their families.

" second aspect that can be discussed in this issue is independence and dignity. Work is the title of independence for people and it reflects their ability to control their own lives. +eing an independent member in the society, who is able to satisfy his,her primary needs, one can avoid being in a weak position or becoming at the mercy of the society and government. " decent work, whether it supplies the individual with a luxurious life or even the minimum basics of life is the way to guarantee individuals* dignity. -owever, if we take a closer look, we will find that earning money is the factor that influences the independence aspect. That*s to say, if work doesn*t provide people with money, it can never provide them with independence or dignity. "n example that can be cited to prove my perspective is that slaves who lived in the past in certain areas, working for nothing and receiving no rewards for their %obs couldn*t live an independent or a dignified life as they had to live at the mercy of their masters. This proves that the money a person earns is the moving factor behind the independence aspect.

The final aspect that I*m going to discuss in this essay, is the aspect of personal achievement. Many people put much emphasis on personal achievement as they believe that it is the way to expand their professional hori.ons and to attain their ultimate dreams. They believe that working diligently and ac/uiring the re/uired skills and experiences is the paved way to career advancement and reaching the

highest standards. +ut again, we recogni.e that earning money is the incentive factor behind personal achievement aspect0 individuals are working assiduously and aiming at higher standards %ust because they are aware that their career advancement does guarantee higher wages and allowances. !or instance, a friend of mine was working diligently in a reputable company. -e did his best to gain all re/uired skills and experience to get a promotion in his company. -owever, after getting the promotion, he found that the wage that he*s receiving is not compatible with his personal achievements in the organi.ation. o, he /uitted his %ob and worked for another company that pays twice his earlier salary as recognition for his skills and experience. This demonstrates that money earned through work is the motive for personal achievement.

In conclusion, there are many aspects of work, including independence and personal achievements. 1et, the most effective aspect of work is earning money since it is affecting individuals directly and at the same time indirectly, as it has a great impact on the other aspects of work. Ghiuta Vlad

The impression given by one*s physical appearance may be vastly different to that person*s actual character. While some people deliberately hide their real character and show an entirely different personality to the world, others may unknowingly present themselves different to their real personality. Therefore, %udging a person by his or her external appearance can be very misleading, irrational and sometimes be unfair by that person. To begin with, the external appearance does not reveal one*s exact character and personality although it may sometimes provide a vague idea about them. Therefore %udging a person by his external appearance may be very misleading and sometimes very dangerous too. !or example, there was a person in my neighborhood who had been involved with underworld operations, but none of the neighbors suspected him because he appeared in the neighborhood as a very decent and peaceful person. -owever, he finally got caught to the police and then only the entire neighborhood became aware of his real character. In addition, it is irrational to %udge a person by his external appearance because such a %udgment is not only hasty but also based purely on assumptions that can be far from reality. Instead, a rational %udgment on a person should be based on his or her /ualities, attitudes, values, capabilities etc., and therefore re/uires a thorough understanding of this person. !or example, an employee who has a very smart appearance may not be as smart as he looks in his work. Therefore, a rational %udgment on a person would re/uire more time and would be based on real facts of this person*s character. Moreover, we often make unfair conclusions about other people by %udging them by their external appearances. In many instances these %udgments have proved to be invalid and baseless. !or example, my brother is an extremely /uiet person and he smiles very rarely. "lthough it is his nature and not an intentional behavior, people usually get the impression that he is either very unfriendly or high2minded and tend to keep a distance from him. +ut those who understand him well appreciate his /ualities and value their relationship with him. -owever, he often becomes a victim of his external appearance and his introvert characteristics, which he cannot help. !inally, %udging a person is not an easy task because the human nature is so complicated. Therefore such %udgments should be made very carefully and they re/uire a better understanding of the person*s character. 3udging a person by his or her external appearance is a hasty action that lacks substantial evidence of this person*s character and therefore it could be very misleading and irrational. Moreover, such a %udgment can also be very unfair by that person. &hiuta 'lad

56 I would agree with the following statement that a person should never make an important decision alone. From my point of view person should carefully think out efore making an important decision! he or she take an advice from their well wishers and some time our decisions made from others e"perience too. #hese are the essential things to follow! efore making significant decisions.

First of all! a person should carefully think out efore making an important decision. $ometimes we would take wrong decisions in angry mood! that decisions might negatively effects the future. $o efore making decisions! we should think in different angles. $ometimes our thinking helps a lot to make right decisions. $econd! taking the advice from our well wishers is the most important step in making decisions. For instance! I do not like to make an important decision alone. In my opinion parents are the first well wishers to every one! so I will discuss my pro lem with my parents and I would like to take the advice from them. If parents would not aware of my pro lem! It would mean they una le to provide right guidance to me! in this case I would like to take the advice from my relatives and friends. Finally! I will strongly elieve that sometimes we can make decisions from others e"perience. %ccording to my knowledge! no one has an a ility to e"perience all the things that would occur in life. In conclusion! we should never make an important decision alone! ecause there could e unrepaira le repercussions that would follow.

5& 'owadays! movies are widely spread in our customs. #here are different kinds of movies. In my opinion they are some kind of source of information. (owever! I prefer to watch serious movies! ecouse of the following reasons. )hile I watch them! I would increase my knowledge! I would develop my skills in many areas! and last! ut not least! these movies are more interesting that the others. First of all! I agree that all serous movies make the audience to think. I elieve! that

these movies can encourage the population to learn more and there is no dou t that! while we are watching them our knowledge is getting etter. I will give you a good e"ample from my personal e"perience. #wo of my favourite #V programs are *'ational Geographic* and *+iscovery channel*. #his winter I am trying to improve my ,nglish knowledge. $o these two channels are in ,nglish! ut the su titles are in my native language. $o! since I have watching these programs! I fell that my ,nglish knowledge is getting etter and etter. $econd! I feel that while I am watching serious movies my skills are getting improved as well. %s an e"ample! now I know how to irrigate the land and how to fertili-e the plants. %lthough! I don.t have enough practice skills to do this! I elive I could still manage. /oreover! every ody knows what would e the effect of the glo al warming. (owever!as an e"ample *'ational Geographic* focuses on this pro lem in details. It presents many view points a out the issue and how to prevent this serious pro lem. $o! I fell that now! I am aware of the counce0uences. #his is another reason why I elieve that! all serious movies and #V shows are significat sources of information. 1ast! ut not least! From my point of view! serous movies are more intresting than the others. $o! whlie we are watching ! for e"ample a comedy. )e spend around two hours watching! it depends how long the movies is. 2ut! as a result we recieve only a laughter. when the movie finished. )e undestand that we lost a lot of time and! we don.t get any enefits out of it. #herefore! In my opinion a serious movie is etter than regular ones. 3verall! I prefer to watch serious movies! ecause of these reasons a ove. ,veryone Is improving every day! so watching one or two movies a week that challenge our intellect can only e helpful. Ghiuta Vlad
