Low Fares:Good Customer service led to the on time performance of the flights which in turn led to the high utilisation of flights thereby increasing the occupancy. As the occupancy got increased, they lowered their fares as much as possible when compared to others. There is also an introduction of internet booking that led to these low fares which led to affordability which in turn increased occupancy. Efficient Operations:Four major strategies were followed for better & efficient operations such as turnaround time of about 16 min, Aircraft Utilisation, Single aircraft model usage and hub/secondary locations. The efficiency also led to the less maintenance which in turn were supporting the young fleet of aircrafts. High Service Standards:High service standards were maintained to provide the best limited customer service to their customers which in turn led to the profits by avoiding inflight service, meals and maintaining highest number of seats that are of light weight.
