Design
Akars own technical team is capable of designing state-of-the-art autoclaves for our customers with the highest safety and quality standards. Our design office is equipped with advanced software tools to execute the designing stage. We approach every single project as a unique and custom-made autoclave project, and accommodate all special requests coming from our customers. We can build autoclaves up to 5 meters in diameter and maximum length of 25 meters. Depending on our customers requests, our autoclaves can be equipped with advanced features such as Special Steel Structure Allowing Maximum Durability Heating Types: Electrical, Direct and Indirect Steam Pressure and Vacuum Systems Automation Control Systems Other Functional and Operational Equipment Serving the Purpose of the Autoclaves

Production

Our autoclaves are manufactured in our factories with limited reliance on outside suppliers. Our wellequipped, flexible manufacturing system allows us to build high-safety and quality autoclaves meeting tight delivery schedules. The manufacturing process is carried out by experienced workforce and technical staff having controls and checks at every step of the manufacturing. High quality materials and tools are used in building our autoclaves. The critical parts of our autoclaves, particularly the heavily welded bayonet door system, are processed in our in-house Thermal Stress Relieving Furnace. The steel structure parts are sand blasted allowing our autoclaves a longer life time.

Quality
The design calculations of the autoclaves are made using advanced software tools. Our autoclaves are manufactured in compliance with Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC (PED), ASME, GOST-R standards as well as any other specific country requirements. We work with internationally well-known certificate agencies such as Bureau Veritas, TUV, Hartford Steam Boilers, providing the following standards:
