Paragraph 1 of Page 17-23 states: "From the above figures, the estimated total greenhouse gas emissions including those from carbon losses from the construction phase of the Corrib Onshore Gas Pipeline represent 5.2% of the total estimated greenhouse gas emissions associated with the construction of the Corrib Gas Field Development. The estimated contribution from carbon loss due to peat removal of 2,737tCO2eq from the construction of the Corrib Onshore Pipeline represents less than 1% of the total Greenhouse Gas Emissions associated with the construction of all elements of the Corrib Gas Field Development". This statement should state: "From the above figures, the estimated total greenhouse gas emissions including those from carbon losses from the construction phase of the Corrib Onshore Gas Pipeline represent 5.4% of the total estimated greenhouse gas emissions associated with the construction of the Corrib Gas Field Development. The estimated contribution from carbon loss due to peat removal of 3,356 tCO2eq from the construction of the Corrib Onshore Pipeline represents approximately 1% of the total Greenhouse Gas Emissions associated with the construction of all elements of the Corrib Gas Field Development".

Reference to Section 2.9 Reference to 5 no. surface water settlement ponds (2 no. ponds of 800 m2 each; 3 no. ponds of 400m2 each approximately)
Should reference Section 2.10 Correct Reference is 4 no. surface water settlement ponds (S5-1 - Area 256sq.m; S5-2 Area 666sq.m, and 2 no. ponds of 800 m2 each. There are also 3 no. surface water settlement lagoon in Area 6 (3 No. ponds of 400sq.m).
Reference to Appendix 7.3 In relation to drainage from the Srahmore site, states ' Bord na Mna field drains and main outfalls drain Area 5, 6 and 7, each of which either partly or completely drain into the main drain' .
States 'There will be no drainage from Area 7 as all drains have been closed by Bord na Mna in this area under Oweninny Works IPC Licence rehabilitation plan'.
In relation to the efficiency of treatment in the settlement lagoon, states ' Regular monitoring of the outfall quality was undertaken to ensure that onsite activities did not impacting the water quality'.
Should references Section 2.11 in Table Should reference an Appendix 7.2 which was not included in EIS. This Appendix is a site description for Tullaghan Bay by Birdwatch Ireland and does not devalue from the commentary provided in the EIS. Area 7 does not drain to the 'main drain'. Drainage in Area 7 would have naturally drained to the Munhin River. This drainage has now been impeded under IPC Licence rehabilitiation plan for Area 7. This correctrion does not detract from the discussion of drainage within the Srahmore site activty boundary provide in the EIS. The statement regarding impeded drainage in Area 7 is correct. There is no direct discharges from Area 7, however this is diffuse drainage from the rewetted bog in Area 7 under the IPC Licence rehabilitation plan. This correction does not detract from the discussion of drainage control within the Srahmore site activity boundary. The monitoring location for surface water quality, as required by the Waste Licence, is not directly from the outfall from the settlement lagoon, rather the sampling is undertaken at a composite sampler monitoring station on main surface water drain from the Srahmore site downstream (approx 250m) from the settlement lagoon, at the western extent of the Srahmore activity boundary. The monitoring undertaken within Srahmore is fully in accordance with the Waste Licence for the site. This monitoring point provides a reference as to the performance of the drainage control and treatment infrastructure.

Correction
Should reference Table 17.1 The full Annual Environmental Reports, including Appendices are now available for submission. The omission of the Appendices does not devalue from the interpretation of the data provided in the AER itself.
