Swim Team
Dear Potential Sponsor,

The Cuyahoga Falls Tigershark swim team is a YMCA and USA team which
averages approximately 125-150 swimmers per year. This championship winning
swim team has swimmers from all over the Cuyahoga Falls area including Akron,
Stow, Hudson, Tallmadge, and of course Cuyahoga Falls. The swimmers range in
age from as young as 6 years to as old as 19 years. Our team strives to provide a
quality experience that teaches the swimmers good sportsmanship, commitment,
work ethic, and life long skills to keep them healthy and active.

Our booster club works to help keep member expenses affordable for all
swimmers while still providing top notch coaching and quality facilities. We are
currently seeking sponsorship from area businesses that would like to help this
worthy cause. Attached you will find the levels of sponsorship that are available to
you as well as information about Invitational Program Ads and Event
Sponsorships. You'll notice that the benefits of being a leveled team sponsor
continue throughout the season and have a large focus at our CFYN Hang Ten
Invitational which will be held January 16, 2011. Last year this invitational was
attended by approximately 500 swimmers from all over Northeast Ohio.
Sponsors will also enjoy year long benefits of advertising on our website which
averages over 5,000 page views per month.

The following sponsorship levels apply for the entire 2010-2011 swim season. The primary sponsorship
vehicle is the CFYN Hang Ten Invitational to be held on January 16, 2011, and on our team website
www.cfyntigersharks.com. Packaged sponsorship levels are based on a tiered system as outlined
below:

Platinum Level - $1000

• Static sponsorship logo ad on every page of the team website. (Averaging >5000 page views per
month).
• Logo / Sponsor link on the Platinum section of the sponsorship page of the team website
• Plaque with Team Picture for Sponsor noting Platinum Sponsorship
• Company's name announced/company thanked at awards ceremony at the end of the season.
• Benefits during the CFYN Hang Ten Invitational
◦ Company thanked as a platinum sponsor during the meet.
◦ Company name on Hang Ten Meet T-Shirt.
◦ Company name on the front cover of both session heat sheets.
◦ Company name listed as a platinum sponsor on the sponsors page of the heat sheets.
◦ Full Page ad for company listed at the beginning of the heat sheet ad section (Platinum
sponsor ads will be in alphabetical order according to company name).
◦ Opportunity to distribute approved literature at the meet (for example coupons).
◦ Sponsorship of at least 1 swim event.
◦ Approximately 2/3 of the unsold events will be distributed evenly among Platinum
sponsors.
◦ Name will appear on Thank You banner displayed prominently at the meet.

Gold Level – $500

• Sponsorship logo ad on every page of the team website. (Averaging >5000 page views per
month).
• Logo / Sponsor link in the Gold section on the Sponsorship page of the team website.
• Plaque with Team Picture for Sponsor noting Gold Sponsorship
• Company's name announced & thanked at awards ceremony at the end of the season.
• Benefits during the CFYN Hang Ten Invitational
◦ Company thanked as a gold sponsor during the meet.
◦ Company name listed as a gold sponsor on the sponsors page of the heat sheets.
◦ Full Page ad for company listed in the heat sheet after platinum sponsors.
◦ Opportunity to distribute approved literature at the meet (for example coupons).
◦ Sponsorship of at least 1 swim event.
◦ Approximately 1/3 of the unsold events will be distributed evenly among Gold sponsors.
◦ Name will appear on Thank You banner displayed prominently at the meet.
Silver Level – $250
• Logo / Sponsor link on the Sponsorship page of the team website.
• Plaque with Team Picture for Sponsor noting Silver Sponsorship
• Company's name announced / company thanked at awards ceremony at the end of the season.
• Benefits during the CFYN Hang Ten Invitational

◦ Company name listed as a silver sponsor on the sponsors page of the heat sheets.
◦ Half Page ad for company listed in the heat sheet.
◦ Sponsorship of 1 swim event.
◦ Name will appear on Thank You banner displayed prominently at the meet.

Bronze Level – $100

• Sponsor link on the Sponsorship page of the team website.
• Company's name announced / company thanked at awards ceremony at the end of the season.
• Company will receive a certificate of appreciation.
• Benefits during the CFYN Hang Ten Invitational
◦ Company thanked as a bronze sponsor during the meet.
◦ Company name listed as a bronze sponsor on the sponsors page of the heat sheets.
◦ Quarter Page ad for company listed in the heat sheet.
◦ Sponsorship of 1 swim event.
◦ Name will appear on Thank You banner displayed prominently at the meet.

In-Kind Sponsorship
In-Kind sponsorship in excess of $100 of goods and/or services that would be incurred as operating
expenses in the normal course of business by the Tigershark Swim Team will be considered on an
individual basis. Benefits for in-kind sponsorship will be determined by a vote of the Tigershark
Booster Board, with benefits not to exceed the limits set out above for tiered sponsorship.

CFYN Invitational Sponsorship

Ala Carte Sponsorship

The sponsorship packages listed above appeal primarily to corporations and community businesses
because of the marketing benefits offered. “Ala Carte” sponsorships are available for parents,
grandparents, friends who wish to support their swimmers with a spirit or good luck ad, as well as area
businesses who would like to purchase advertisement.
• Full Page Ad - $75
• ½ Page Ad - $50
• ¼ Page Ad - $25
• Business Card Size - $15

Event Sponsorship - $10 each or 3 for $25

Individual events can be sponsored at the Hang Ten and/or the Pentathlon by individuals or businesses.
With your event sponsorship the name of your choice will appear in the heat sheet next to the event
name.
