EMRO Focus Projects Call for Coordinators IPSF EMRO has 2 focus projects for the year 2013-14:Ask Your Pharmacist Campaign (AYP) and Health Awareness Day (HAD). To prepare then run the AYP and HAD projects, IPSF EMRO is seeking to recruit one project coordinator for each project in each member association, who will have to fulfill the following tasks: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Seeking governmental approval for carrying out the project. Regional registration of the volunteers in their local association. National and local promotion. Issuing an association report in collaboration with their CP. Ensure the evaluations will be conducted using online spread sheets to ascertain that the aims and objectives of the events were met. 6. Looking for sponsorship to cover all of the projects expenses. Anyone having the following requirements shall have the priority to be appointed by the association president as AYP or HAD coordinator: 1. Undergraduate pharmacy student or fresh graduate. 2. Having excellent communication skills and leading skills. 3. Has finished a local pharmacy internship or national/international clinical training program. 4. Having a good experience in fundraising. 5. Good reporting skills. 6. Regular Internet access.

Please submit the contact information of both AYP and HAD appointed coordinators to EMRO Secretary Ms Sara El Mahdy Secretary@emro.ipsf.org no later than 15th of January 2014. In case of no coordinators appointment, the CP of the member association will be automatically appointed as project coordinator.
