Adyen will charge credit card transactions via open cost calculation (interchange+ pricing). This means that the actual cards costs will be charged added with a markup that covers the acquiring bank costs. The applicable acquiring bank markup will be charged as follows:

For an Interchange+ calculation based on your trafc characteristics, please contact Adyen sales. Cost of a chargeback amounts to e 7,50. Refunds are charged as a regular transaction. For bank-based refunds such as iDEAL/Bank Transfers/ Direct Debits/ELV, additional costs of e 0,20 apply. This refund commission cost does not apply to credit cards and debit cards. Extra services such as dedicated account management and pro-active risk advice are available separately depending on
transaction volume.
