Structure / General Building:


The building structure will be a pre-caste or steel framed reinforced system. The metal and concrete structure is set on a concrete foundation. The roof will be a steel framed system. The interior ceiling surfaces will be pre-caste and painted to clients specification; the minimum ceiling height will be 9-0 to 10. The ceiling will be incorporated with the design. All structural system will comply with the international code to withstand hurricanes at 150 miles per hour and seismic earthquakes.

Windows and Doors / Interior Millwork Finishes:


Windows and doors will be powder coated aluminum frames with glazed glass panels. Windows comes complete with burglar bars and insect screens. All front doors will be wooden or metal steel frame units. Rooms will be fitted with wooden base boards except bathrooms, all interior doors will be solid core wood set in wood frames complete with architraves. Plumbing and Electrical Systems:


All mechanical systems throughout the project will be designed to meet international mechanical and electrical codes. Electrical services include ample electrical outlets, recessed and surface mount lighting, full voice and cable connectivity
