A Fitness Program for children between the ages of 4-7

Fit Fun is an introductory youth fitness program designed to inspire an early love of fitness and athletics that will serve as the foundation for a healthy way of life for children between the ages of 4-7. The ultimate goal of Fit Fun is to get kids active and moving. Fit Funs curriculum introduces children to a wide array of movement skills and physical concepts through play. The weekly hour-long class will focus on introducing children to a varied of sports while increasing their gross motor skills, coordination, balance and stamina through play. Fit Fun will introduce activities such as soccer, baseball, tag, and many more over the 8-week course. All classes will be held at onnecticut !peed !chool which houses a state of the art training facility complete with turf fields. lasses will be held on !aturday afternoon, starting "anuary #, $%&' at $(%% )*.
