Features of 2-piece TRUNNION BALL VALVE Horizontal and upward vertical flow. Bidirectional flow. 2-piece Split Body design. Cast steel body. Pressure rating: Class 150 up to Class 1500. Size range: NPS 2 up to NPS 36; DN 50 up to DN 900. Connections: RF Flange, RTJ Flange, Butt Weld (BW) Ends. Reduced bore, or Full bore. Gear operated (by default). Option of Lever operated for lower pressure rating and smaller sizes. Non-metallic seat PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK, Nylon, etc. Bolted bonnet. Anti-static device. Locking position can be provided. Anti-blowout stem. Body cavity pressure relief can be provided. Grease and stem sealant injection can be provided, for valves NPS 4 and larger. Designed to API 6D, API 608 and ASME B16.34. Inspected and tested to API 598 and ASME B16.34. Face to face according to ASME B16.10. Flange ends dimensions as per ASME B16.5 (for NPS 2 up to 24). Series A or B Flange end dimensions as per ASME B16.47 (for NPS 26 and larger). Fire safe to API 6FA.
