Need to nip this in the bud next week. Either change the physios at a pay off cost of 51K or Steve goes back to supporting the youth. Lets pick up with Ally on Tuesday as the cost looks like 60K potentially ie Unfair dismissal

Thanks,

Ali From: Yvonne Whitelock Sent: 14 October 2011 To: Ali Russell Cc: Claire Rinkes Subject: Private & Confidential Hi Ali, Please find below the background information: Steve Walker Start date: Length of Service: Notice period: Job Title: Salary: 7 July 2003 8 years 3 months 3 months Youth Physiotherapist

Ally McCoist appointed Steve verbally to First Team. No consultation was provided with Head of Physiotherapy, Phillip Yeates or HR. No paperwork has been issued by Ally McCoist to HR to confirm any change of employment formally. Steve has been assisting with massages too as we no longer have our consultant masseur due to retirement. Stuart Collie Start date: Length of Service: Notice period: Job Title: Salary: 6 August 2003 8 years 2 months 8 Weeks First Team - Physiotherapist

There are different personality issues with Ally and the physios. His preference would potential be Steve as First Team Physio. As you will see from the above there are various issues to consider, salary level, demotion of a First Team Physio who has been there for 8 years without any performance complaint and from appraisal in 2010 is meeting and exceeding targets on a regular basis. Also the possible requirement for a new consultant masseur for first team. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me or to speak direct with Philip Yeates. Many thanks Yvonne Yvonne Whitelock HR Advisor
