Support software installations for transport management clients. Role
includes liaison with software vendors, software engineers, hardware
engineers, and prospective clients with large transport operations.
Duties include:
• Relationship management and coordination with software and
transportation specialists of existing customers
• Maintaining the proprietary logistics software
• Preparation of detailed software manual for the proprietary software
• Maintenance of the Hardware and software systems including
maintenance of LAN/WAN
