Learning Centers/Advisors manage and clear tracking items at the conclusion of an appointment. An email notice is sent to both the instructor and student upon clearing a tracking item. Learning Centers/Advisors are able to sort items by column.

Hosted environment Starfish Solutions Faculty and Staff are authenticated via LDAP Security Based on Relationships (Faculty, Advisor, LC) Relationships based on student groups, academic plans, subplans and enrolled courses by term CSV files used to build relationships Data load via SIS Adaptor Java application Incremental Data Loads Nightly scripts extracts data from 805/856 local database Blackboard Building Block Integration
