fresher precedence
for the regions coffee & tea industry

ICTF 2013 kicked off on November 6th at one of Dubais most prominent hospitality venues, the Meydan IMAX Gallery. Following 4 days of extensive trade & business interaction, hosting of the UAE Barista and Latte Art Championships and SCAA training, ICTF brought an extremely advantageous coffee & tea showcase to a triumphant close on November 9th.

The 5th edition opened the floodgates for specialty coffee and tea in the region and raised the bar of appreciation and service.

Visitor Profile
From existing and aspiring caf owners, HORECA and hospitality professionals, F&B buyers and specifiers, to general consumers who are beginning to demand a better cup.

Over 6,500 visitors attended ICTF 2013, tasted some of the best coffees and teas available in the market today and witnessed truly groundbreaking equipment that was exclusively unveiled at the event

The Royal Visit

The main headline was the gracious visit by the Ruler of Dubai and Vice President of the UAE, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum along with the Crown Prince of Dubai, HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, both of whom visited the show and interacted with many of the exhibiting companies. The royal visit accurately reflected the support from the UAE administration towards the regions caf landscape, in turn, validating the shows mission of advancing our coffee & tea industry to the next level and paving the way for much more sustainable business practices.

We are thrilled with the tremendous response we received at the International Coffee & Tea Festival this year which is an accurate reflection of the huge potential that the Middle East hospitality market presents. Our high quality of tea products from Germany were very well received at the show and our stall was inundated with trade visitors shortly after opening.

Exhibiting at ICTF was a phenomenal success for us this year. The show is very popular and heavily attended by the HORECA, F&B and hospitality professionals from across the Middle East. We met a large number of people who discovered Attibassi at the show followed by an influx of enquiries from supply chain officials. Our participation at the Intl Coffee & Tea Festival was instrumental for Attibassi and we tremendously look Sean Vanian forward to participating next year as well.

We very much enjoyed participating at the ICTF this year and received a high footfall of coffee professionals and coffee lovers who were interested in knowing more about our products. We are very confident that we would be able to translate the business leads we have secured at this show into loyal customers in the future. We will be showcasing our products at the ICTF next year as well, as we believe that a consistent association with the show will significantly add to our long-term marketing efforts in this region.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our participation at the International Coffee & Tea Festival. Synesso was successfully launched within the Middle East region at this show which truly showcased excellence in an industry-relevant format. Our sponsorship at this event proved to be a worthy investment in our eyes, with our espresso machines attracting the attention of many who seek to advance their coffee services above all else currently available in the market. We have established various business leads through the event and we look forward to being involved once again in the 2014 edition.
