SPORTS AND RECREATION COORDINATOR (HAYBAND M) OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Responsible and accountable for Rand Water sports and recreation policy formulation, implementation and monitoring in line with the Employee Wellness Programme as well as the establishment of effective sports and recreation structures in Rand Water. Identifying events opportune to Rand Water partnership and participation with other corporates and National sporting codes PRIMARY DUTIES Policy and procedure formulation relating to sports and recreation Budget and financial control, planning and management of expenditure on sports and recreation across Rand Water Promote the physical wellbeing of employees through sports Manage and monitor the effective use of sporting facilities Provide holistic management of all site sports executive committees Facilitate elections of all site sports executive committees Identify, recommend and provide direction of appropriate corporate sporting events employees of Rand Water will participate on.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma in sports management or equivalent Knowledge in sports and recreation as well as the Employee Wellness field Experience in coordination and management of sports and recreation activities Knowledge about policy formulation and implementation Project Management Valid code 8 drivers license Knowledge of SAP
