:hen an ob%ect is lin$ed, in!ormation is pdated onl( i! (o modi!( the so rce !ile. 4in$ed data is stored in the so rce !ile. The destination !ile stores onl( the location o! the so rce !ile and displa(s a representation o! the lin$ed data. ;se lin$ed ob%ects i! !ile si<e is a consideration. :e sed the Paste Sheet "b%ect as 4in$ command instead o! Paste Sheet "b%ect to paste the copied ob%ects to the new sheet. The di!!erence between these two options is that sing Paste Sheet "b%ect creates a cop( o! the ob%ect, which is independent o! the so rce ob%ect. J anti!iable meas res that a compan( or ind str( ses to ga ge or compare per!ormance in terms o! meeting their strategic and operational goals.
