Promote Sleep.FM to founders of Meetup.com and TechCrunch.com. Results: Selected to present
Sleep.FM alongside Facebook & Microsoft at NY Tech Meetup to a crowd of 500; selected over 100s
of other Internet start-ups as a semi-finalist for the TechCrunch40 conference.
Retained and worked with patent and trademark attorney to research IP protection for Sleep.FM’s
Social Alarm Clock concept. Results: Received and reviewed 20 patents and made sound business
decisions in regards to patent and trademark filings for Sleep.FM.
Implemented personal marketing plan to find a career after college by accepting internships and
attending networking events such as National Association of Recording Merchandising. Results:
Among first three in graduating class to find successful career; selected by RCA Victor in New York
City.
Demonstrated Business-to-Business sales and customer service communication skills for major
telecommunication firm. Results: Consistently met and exceeded sales & service metrics; recognized
as a top representative for Verizon in November 2006 and February 2007.
