Summary
Being a tech savvy ca, realized the importance of intelligent file & folder Naming policies in
early 1997. First i noticed that my partners, students and Staff could not adhere to
documented naming rules for files & folders Even after continuous warning. Then i realized
it’s not possible for me too And my software product journey started. From that day i am
passionate to Help desktop users to provide solutions for unnoticed problems because Of
disorganized work and communication documents and past knowledge Base.

I have diversified functional and technical experince during carrer span of Around 27 years.
I was an office goer after college time, a part-timer during Artciceship days and started
carrier with a challenging assignmnet. I Eatblished a suiting plant for an existing business
group in 1987 and i not Only did it well but established the venture as a respectbale
organization in The city. I worked with various small and medium scale idustries for 4 years
At different positions and then moved into own practice. Partnered with Leading ca firm of
the city. Worked on asssignments realted to operational Consultancy , various types of

OPSD, a SBU of Hazel Infotech Ltd that is a software product company and IT Subsidiary
of Hazel Mercantile Ltd which is a multifaceted organization having headquarters at
Nariman Point Mumbai with global presence. This SBU comes into existence on buy out of
software product from Maksoft which was founded by me.

Office Productivity Solution Division has unique solutions on a globally accepted innovative
software CONCEPT. These Softwares are Plug – n – Play, off - the - self, fast moving
software products with minimal training requirements. These solutions are closely
integrated with Microsoft Office and work towards increasing efficiency and enhancing the
productivity of the desktop users. Our software helps in organizing Knowledgebase,
Documents, Templates, Contacts, Sales Leads, and Activities etc. Current challenges like
email management is being catered through our Add-in Softwares to MS Outlook thus
extending the usage of the Microsoft Office and enhancing dynamism and effectiveness of
work environments.

Being a techno-commercial person, my contribution was not limited to looking at the overall
strategy building and execution but I contributed in each and every aspect of the
organization and its products to reach to the next level.

• Directed Software Product Improvisation on continuous basis on the basis of


customer feed back to make products commercially acceptable and get ready for
mass penetration. This includes making products feature rich, simple, user friendly,
highly adaptable by target customers.
• Deployed Web Solutions for high level of marketing automation to target the large
market in short span of time.

I founded Maksoft with my younger brother and conceived software solutions to handle
Information Overload by automating the process for effective Information Management and
Knowledge Management. I realized that every type of organization has too much data and
in particular the unstructured data lying in documents remains unorganized in absence of
simple and efficient Electronic Record Management solutions. Sorting these data and
documents, picking out valid one, classifying further in logical groups and transforming into
meaningful information and reusable knowledge are among few of the challenges raging
issues today and every organization irrespective of the size is suffering because of that and
loosing productivity at work place.

We found negligible development in managing information overload at the information


origination stage itself and conceived and built office productivity solutions that closely work
around Microsoft Office applications which is the main source of unstructured information
generation like documents, spreadsheets, presentations and most importantly emails

By using Maksoft Office Productivity Applications, any individual, group, department or


organization that is using Microsoft Office to generate work and communication documents
can get increased efficiency and enhanced productivity for accomplishing routine tasks.
The selection of the application depends on his job profile and usage of document creation
