Procedure:
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Sprinkle Carbopol * Ultrez 10 Polymer on the surface of deionized water. After the polymer is thoroughly wetted, mix at low speed. Add the ingredients of PART B to the Carbopol * Ultrez 10 Polymer dispersion one after the other and mix until uniform. Dissolve AMP-95 in deionized water, add to the batch and mix until uniform. Add the ingredients of PART D in order to the batch. Mix after each addition until uniform. Add the pigments and mix until uniform.
