Adopt a delegate registration guideline: The name you will register online will be the donor of the promo.

mo. Funds that will be genrated in this event will be collected and will be given to our brethren greatly affected by the calamity. Regional coordinators and provincial coordinators will determine who will be receiving the registration. For chapters who will donate two or more for the event, you can use the name of your members (for leaders) who want to donate.

1. Log on to www.cfchomeofficeonline.com and enter your identification number and password.

2. Then proceed to EVENTS REGISTRATION.

3. Click the event SFC ICON 2014 #lettheSONshine PROMO.

4. Click next to proceed

5. Click the desired mode of payment. Then click next. Guidelines are listed below this memo.

6. Enter your name. Then click add on the right side of the drag down list. Note: The name that you entered is the donor itself.

7. The system will show your name added on the list and the amount you need to pay, then click next for the next process. Note: If you want to enter two or more list, refer to hierarchy of service to add other members who wants to donate on the said event.

8. Sub-event will show but you can skip this process and click next.

9. Then enter your delegate name, e-mail address and contact numbers. This person can be your Provincial couple coordinator, sector coordinator, country coordinator or full time worker in your area.

10. After entering the needed details. The system will advise you that your registration is ready for payment. Click the box (By checking this box you agree to the above..) and click pay now.

11. Your registration status will be shown. It can either be confirmed (for approved credit card transactions) or pending (cash and bank transactions). If your transaction has items that Finance cannot reconcile, they will INVALIDATE or RETURN the transaction so that you can register again. Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before your registration. A TRANSACTION ID will be assigned for each transaction. Take note of this as it would be helpful in tracking the status of your transaction. An email notification regarding the status of your registration will be sent to you and the delegation head. You can use the email copy as reference and official proof of registration as long as the status is CONFIRMED.

PAYMENT OPTIONS CASH OPTION After going through the online registration: 1. Take note of the Transaction ID and the Amount. You and your delegation head will also receive a copy of this transaction. 2. Go to the CFC Center (#156 20th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City) from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. 3. Pay this transaction to the CFC Cashier within 2-3 working days. (Transactions not paid after 3 days will be cancelled. Once the transaction is cancelled, you have to register again.)

The Cashier will then review payment and CONFIRM your transaction. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head.

6. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is not allowed once the transaction has been confirmed. (See detailed guidelines.) 7. Bring a PRINTED copy of your email confirmation as a proof of your registration during the event. CREDIT CARD OPTION After going through the online registration, pay through CREDIT CARD: 1. Use any MASTERCARD, VISA or JCB credit card. 2. CFC Home Office website provides a secure server that handles confidential information such as credit card or payment information. This is encrypted using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is the industry standard tool that encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential between your machine and CFC. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet. 3. A soon as your credit card payment is made successful, your transaction is also confirmed. UNSUCCESSFUL or REJECTED status will also be given to you if you didnt successfully enter your card details or if there is a problem in your issuing bank. 4. Note that for credit card transactions, you will have to pay an additional 4% of the total amount plus P10 per transaction as a service charge. 5. If you have any concern about your credit card payment, please email right away rpmt@sfcglobal.org. 6. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head. 7. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is not allowed once the transaction has been confirmed. See detailed guidelines. 8. Take note of the TRANSACTION ID and the amount. You and your delegation head will also receive a copy of this transaction. 2. Deposit your payment to any of the following accounts:

Deposit the full amount as reflected in the transaction within 2-3 working days upon registration. Your registration will automatically cancel after 3 days (72 hours) from the time you registered online. 3. After deposit, log in back to www.cfchomeoffice.com 4. Go to TRANSACTION History (View Registration History) and click your TRANSACTION ID. 5. Click Add Bank Payment and enter deposit details (DATE, TIME, REF NUMBER, BANK BRANCH, AMOUNT). Click Save and wait for Finance to confirm your payment. 6. BPI REFERENCE NUMBER: Located at Upper Right Side of Deposit Slip. (AlphaNumeric Code) 7. Finance will review the payment and do confirmation. 8. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head.
