91';I(-5 a('%:& The contractor will ma"e arrangement at their own cost by insuring all materials and equipment obtained by them for wor" and also their laborers etc. the >?1*A will not be responsible for any loss or damage either to their persons or to their equipments. 91); The contractor will have to submit registration and license for the contract and they will engage 2# or more labors for this wor" on any one day during contract period as directed by government. 91,; The contractor will have to produce income ta+ e+emption certificate or deduction certificate from income ta+ department for this wor" failing which recovery at 4revailing rates on gross amount payable to them will be deduced from their 6./. !ill and final bill.

The contractor will arrange to clear octroi in case of normal as well as under the guarantee period. 9'#;:f at any stage, contractor fails to complete the job, the same will be got done, any where else at his ris" and cost, the additional e+penditure incurred by >?1*A will be recovered from his bills / security deposit or any payment due to him with 1,$ supervision charges.
