About the University

Anna University (Thoothukudi Campus) is one of the constituent engineering college of Anna University, Chennai. The campus is formed in order to expand the reach and enhance the quality of technical education in the southern part of Tamilnadu. Located in the heart of Pearl City Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu, the campus is known for its stimulating, resourceful, and collaborative environment - in the classroom, on campus, and around the city. The campus offers four year full time undergraduate Programme under various field of engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering) and to serve the diploma holder engineers working in various government departments, research institutes and industries, this campus offers Part-time B.E. Degree Programme from 2013 in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering branches.
