aleit them as to what the gas smells weie anu how it was making his
tenants so sick that they hau to move out until such time as the issue was

calleu in complaining about smelling a gastiic type of smell anu how bau

that it coulu not cause any haim to anyone so they uiu not neeu to woiiy.
- This is one of the main ieasons that Ni. Soto was tieating the Baiuin
Family as if the smells weie not a concein anu that we shoulu just ueal
with it anu this is pait of the ieason that Ni. Soto was not testing oi
calling anyone else out to test the aii etc. to tiy anu iemeuy the situation
foi his home anu foi the Baiuin Family.

peisonally anu was only able to leave a voicemail to let hei specifically
know that he was extiemely upset with the ualveston County Bealth
Bepaitment's "lack of inteiest" anu "lack of concein" that numeious
iesiuents weie calling in about these same gastiic smells that weie
causing illness anu injuiy anu that he coulu not believe the excuse she

Bepaitment uiu not even senu anyone out to the S18S Castle Biive home

Bepaitment expeits anu piofessionals, whom aie theie to seive the
geneial public at laige anu to piotect them fiom any type of
enviionmental oi any othei life thieatening toxinsgases etc. which theii
Fiie Bept. anu Bazmat Bept. aie specifically tiaineu foi

EPA, oi any othei agency foi that mattei, but iathei maue a uecision
baseu on the geneial public at laige on the Bolivai PeninsulaCiystal
Beach (ualveston County at laige) whom she knew weie calling in with
"Complaints" of gas smells anu these gas smells causing illnesses anu

victims who calleu in to complain with the wiongful assumptions that it
