INTRODUCTION OF THE COMPANY

Satya textile limited is located at Chhatral (GIDC), Kalol. Company produce the material of cloth. Satya textiles limited have 150 employees who are masters in operating all textile machinery. Satya textile limited consists of finance, marketing and HRM departments. Satya textile limited has 40 picanol machines.

The company is dedicated to constantly expanding and updating a product range in order to say ahead of the market. The management is confident of improvement in the demand of companys products in the near future. The unit of the company is eco-friendly and has already adopted the concept of its products and recycle of waste.

REASON FOR CHOOSING THIS LOCATION:


The reason behind selecting this location because near the factory National Highway No.8 passes so company can transport its production very easily. This the main reason behind selecting only this location.

For any business finance is the base. To run the business finance becomes the essential part in the business. In our business we are also collect funds from the various sources like Loan, Public deposit and through shares.

2.1 Through Loan:


One of the favourable sources of finance is loan. In our company we will receive loan from Dena Bank, Chhatral. Loan will term loan and its repayable after some specific time period.

SATYA TEXTILE LIMITED Company is also interested in raising finance from public deposit. The company will be interested in accepting any public deposits as defined under section 58A of the companies Act, 1956.

SATYA TEXTILE LIMITED Company is also interested in raising finance through shares. Those shareholders who wish to hold the companys share in electronic form may approach their depository participants.

Our Marketing Manager Mr.Vaidya Siddharth who did his MBA in marketing area. He is innovative person. Mr.Siddharth introduces some effective techniques of selling the product of the company in the market. Company have its own Website as well as have various customers who are loyal to the company.
