ES Especial para el remachado de zapatas de freno y discos de embrague. Es la más idónea para el remachado de zapatas de freno y dis
cos de embrague de todo tipo de vehículos gracias a sus características de rapidez y potencia, así como su fácil regulación de la distancia
entre puntos (en su punto máximo permite el paso de las mordazas de freno con mayor altura de nervio central).
Las remachadoras RY-1000 ha sido diseñada y fabricada con los últimos procesos de fabricación de cortechapa mediante láser, lográndose unos aca-
bados perfectos. Asimismo, se han equipado con nuevos cilindros neumáticos, ganando la máquina rapidez de remachado, y se ha reducido caudal
de alimentación de aire con respecto a la serie anterior.
No requieren cuidados especiales, basta con mantener limpias las partes neumáticas en movimiento y engrasar, por lo menos, una vez por semana.
Los vasos del grupo de filtrante deben tener siempre aceite y estar exentos de agua.

there is enough space for the brake shoes with the highest central nerve).
The rivetings machines RY-1000 has been designed and produced with the latest place-cut production processes through laser technology, acheiving
more perfect finishes. Likewise, it is equipped with new pneumatic cylinders, gaining riveting speed and it does not need so much working air flow as
the previous series.
It does nor require any special care, it is enough to maintain the pneumatic parts in movement clean and grease them at least once a week. The filte-
ring group vases must always have oil and be exempt from water.
This machine comes with a subjection stand, achieving independence from the installation place, thus improving the previous features.

La remachadora RY-1030, lleva un nuevo sistema innovador de anclaje buterola-punzón que logra una perfecta sujeción y acople de los mismos,
con esto se evitan posibles desviaciones o desajustes en el proceso de remachado y de forrado de las zapatas.

The RY-1030 riveting machine has a new innovative die-punch base that creates a perfect holding and grip, with which possible deviations or imba-
lances in the riveting process and the brake shoe coverings are avoided.
