Methodology

First of all, the evaluation was run in order to get the actual result of particular objectives under one title. The result was transferred into a graph and chart. It includes the information based on the questionnaire itself. For the first graph, it shows relation between the years of study, gender, and level of study. The information was collected from the first section on questions number one, two, and four. This research took at least 50 respondents, and all of the respondents would be UniMAP students itself. The second chart includes question number three and five out of five questions in section A. The questionnaire was distributed individually to the students in a direct situation where we can obtain the result on the spot. This is the one and only methods that we use to complete the survey. Our survey includes 20 questions in total and divided into four sections where it is students profile, overview, problems statement and problem solving arranged according its sequences. We used dichotomous and rating scale as the type of question in the research. Dichotomous gives two choice of answer whether it is yes or no. This kind of questions provides simple and quick result. The respondents dont have to think thoroughly during the process of answering the questions. Besides, it is easy to convert the data into graph or chart during the analyzing process. Plus, we can just simply answering it. Next would be rating scale type of question. It gives recommendation or suggestion behind the actual point of the question. It is also easy to convert the information into chart, table or graph.

UniMAP CONVOCATION FESTIVAL (FESKON)

INTRODUCTION First of all, the convocation festival of UniMAP is an annual event held in glorious and long awaited by all the citizens of UniMAP and visitors. They will surely drop by to see the atmospheres and environment themselves. Convocation festival or FESKON formally known as the largest annual festival held at Dataran Syeikh Ahmad somewhere in Kangar. Feskon is being run for a week in conjunction with the convocation ceremony which will take place at the same time at the Dewan 2020. Variety of exciting activities and programs will thrill all UniMAP citizens and communities across the nation. During the course of this event, various programs have been carried out. Among the programs is the official opening ceremony by Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Syed Faizzudin Jamalullail. Next, the purpose of doing this research is to investigate whether all the events held on the Feskon achieve its objectives. So that, we provide all the possible questions to be asked in the questionnaire below. We have also includes the related problem encountered before, during and after the Feskon to generate questions in section 3. This will ensure that our research will covered almost all the aspect of the events. We believe that the questionnaires provided below will guide the respondents to answer and comments accordingly.
