Pat Oconer, our Social Ministries Director, and Oca Oblefias, our Provincial Mission Director, went to Cebu and Tacloban last November 15 to 17, 2013, while Joseph Tesoro, our Family Ministries Director, went to Palawan to assess the situation of our community members in these areas. Last November 21, a mission team went to Tacloban to distribute five thousand packs of relief goods, which were made possible by the generous donations to our A Drop of Love campaign. Our fulltime workers Narcing Eguia, Julius Eguia, RJ Moriones, Tim Tanos and Daryl Aloya spent six days on this Visayas mission. CFC-FFL has wrapped up its relief operations and is now moving on to the second phase of its restoration efforts.

SERVING THE YOUNG IN HK

It still felt like the first time. Those were my words when I went on mission to Hong Kong for the third time. Last October 18, I left Manila with the faith that I would meet Christ there through the CFC-FFL Community, especially through the kids. And it truly happened! We had a Kids Camp last October 26 to 27 at Pak Sha Wan Scout Centre, Sai Kung, and a total of 56 participants came! The kids, the Couple Coordinators, the YFL members and CFC Parents all had a great time. After the footstep and step-up KFLs (8-12 years old), it was time for the kids-at-play and first-step KFLs (3-7 years old) to know more about Jesus. We had a Kids Day last November 3 and praise God for 40 participants! Alongside these activities, I also had the chance to join the YFL Household, the SFL Household and the Band of Brothers. God was unde-

niably present in all of these activities because everybody celebrated life in Him. - Jermer Cruz, CFC-KFL Fulltime Worker

Good News to the ends of the earth. Such is the privilege of the call that was received by our missionaries from CFC India: Tony and Maria Correia, and Stephanie DSouza, who will set off soon for a mission adventure in Malawi, Africa. Tony and Maria joined CFC in 1987, while Steph joined our youth ministry in 2005. Tony served as the National Director of CFC India from 2004 to 2007, and its Country Servant from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, Tony and Maria served as Unit Servants of SFL in their parish. Prior to becoming missionaries, Tony was a banker, Maria was a High School teacher and Stephanie was a Social Worker. Tony believes that missionaries are sent. They focus on the people to whom they have been sent and they do not focus on coming back! They are committed to serve in Malawi until the Lord gives them a new call.

The celebration was simple but the happiness and enthusiasm of the scholars was felt by all of us.

Roy Maturan, CFCFFL Mindanao Mission Coordinator, led the conduct of the LCS. These LCS sessions gained a harvest of more than six hundred graduates. The participants were members of the Gagmayng Kristohanong Katilingban (GKK) from the Santo Rosario Parish. The LCS was made possible through the initiative of Dr. Manet Pilay, CFC-FFL Area Servant, who presented the LCSC to Fr. Roy Mejias, Parish Priest of Santo Rosario Parish.
