1 System Design
The machine incorporates a gantry design utilizing precision ball screws

controlled by a PC based CNC controller, for fast and accurate positioning. The YAG laser is mounted on X axis providing the shortest distance for the laser beam to travel to the cutting head. This design reduces the total amount of beam delivery mirrors to one and provides maximum cutting quality anywhere within the processing area of the machine without loss of beam quality or power. 2 Dynamic Cutting Head focusing: In the process of metal cutting of different thickness it is critical to maintain the focus of the laser source to produce maximum cutting speed and quality. Material flatness can also affect cutting quality.. In order to solve these problems, GoldenLaser metal cutting machine utilizes a sensing non-contact focusing head. When cutting different thickness metal sheet and abnormal metal sheet no manual adjustment is necessary to maintain focus.

3 Control system and software: Golden Laser utilizes a Windows PC based CNC control system designed for maximum performance with ease of operation. The Control has a 5 display screen for all machine operational information including file information, adjust speed, and preview part information. A second 17LCD screen provides part layout, cutting path and full program viewing when connected to off-line programming PC.

PC offline system can send cutting files to machine by Ethernet RJ45 port, USB, and memory stick

4 Hardware Servo drive Ball screw system and dual linear guides ensure high tolerance and accuracy. Y axis Ball screw is locate in the center of the table, ensuring side same cutting accuracy.

5 Fixed Laser optical route Gantry style design provides a fixed laser optical route. The laser source is moving together with cutting head ensuring beam quality and cutting results throughout the entire cutting area of the table.

6 Cutting bed In order to reduce laser reflection to the back of the material, saw tooth type work support strips largely reduced the contact area with the material. A material support roller ball mounted on all three side of the table provides an easy way to load sheet metal onto the table and a Pneumatic ball support helps load material faster. Small parts can be directed to a collection draw using a conveyor system that's standard. A full safety cover is provided for complete cutting area protection.

7 Rotary device option Golden Laser Rotary device can be used to cut tube type material. Rotary can handle maximum of 200mm dia round tubes with length of 1.5m for tube cutting.

Tube Rotary Device

With Rotary device, we can provide fit-through, fit-in, fit-one cut, also complex design. A fit-through intersection requires cutting out of the nonintersecting tube or profile only on one or both sides. A fit-in intersection may provide the most visually optimal fit, but missing material in the corners may cause welding challenges. A fit-on intersection requires a cut on the intersecting tube only, unless liquid must flow through the intersecting and non-intersecting tubes, in which case both tubes must be cut

8 Nesting software introduction The nesting software, mainly used for metal and solid material industry using metal cutting equipment, provides main characteristics are as follows: Provides auto nesting of single part or multiple parts for high utilization rate when compare to manual nesting. nest

Provides One-Stroke common line cutting path and Step-Type common line cutting path function. Can do path planning for all common line graphics providing one time cutting to improve the process efficiency. Provides full support from Dxf2000, dxf2004 PLT file format, closed graph import and, Golden Laser's patented GLD file format for the output function. If the import of PLT or DXF files containing multiple designs, the software is able to automatically separate into individual graphics.

Can provide job processing outline for customer by a Export GLD file. Other processes can be tracked as well as provide NC code for welding machine.

Can provide detailed processing information for customer, such as utilization rate, sample piece, processing time and more detailed instructions.

Assist gas introduction Compressed air Compressed air for assist gas is the cheapest method for cutting. It is highly recommended that the Customer needs to equipped air supply with an air dryer and three filter arrangement to provide clean, dry air. The suggested system is provided below.

Oxygen

Oxygen can help increase cutting speed and cut quality of many metal materials. The cutting edge will show an Oxygenize (dark gray color) appearance along the cut edge. Customer must supply an Oxygen bottle and pressure adjust valve.

Nitrogen

When cutting with air and/or Oxygen, the cutting edge will be oxygenized, if a high quality cutting edge is required, suggest the use of Nitrogen. Nitrogen is inert gas; the cutting edge will be a white color appearance. Customer must supply Nitrogen bottle and pressure adjust valve.
