Organization transformation is the collective term used for the factors like how the people perceptive; think, behave at work. These changes make the existing organization very better. It requires changes in organization assumptions in regard to its function It will change the corporate philosophy, values and structures. These changes alter the qualitative features of organization. The revolutionary change effort characteristics are; (2 Marks) 1. Change is triggered by environmental and internal disruptions- A significant reason is required behind a change. The organization may face larger threat before they are taking up the transformational change. According to Tushman, Newman and Remonelli , Transformation organizations have three disruptions for a change. a. Industry discontinuities. b. Product life cycle shifts. c. Internal company dynamics. Its brief explanations. (3 Marks) 2. Change is systematic and revolutionary. The change which involves the alteration of organization from the base is called as the systematic and revolutionary changes. It includes the changes in organization culture and designing the elements. It provides for the competitive advantages. (1 Mark) 3.
