Yes Gene, I woul like to speak with Nancy and Doug. I would also like to know why an ofcer came to my house with code ofcer King and who told him
to go with her. Is this normal or just in my case? I'll be waiting for the answers. Tommy Ruzzano

Quite frankly, I found this out approximately the same time you did, yesterday. I was never informed that your lien
was running or that it had not been complied.

If you would like to know the details of the code amnesty program and how your name came to your attention of this
office, you need to speak to Nancy Popick and our Assistant City Manager, Doug Smith, who would like to discuss this
with you.

Gene,

I just had code compliance ofcer King come to my house to observe the pond as you asked yesterday. She arrived with a Margate police ofcer as well,
why I have no clue nor did my neighbors? I am still very upset not with paying the ne, but the fact that you knew this whole time about it and never told
me. I had no clue of this ne and thought that by the resolution it was over. Then to nd out the ne was still ongoing up until I paid it yesterday. Why?
When I rst spoke to you when I was elected, you told me that you are there to protect us and make sure what we do is right. You knew I had a code
compliance issue, but never questioned what I was going to do about it. I do not consider that protecting or watching out for the best interest of your
commissioners. I do not know how this will play out, but I do know I corrected it properly as soon as I was made aware of it

Sincerely,
Tommy Ruzzano
