Supervised Localization Project and Program Management delivering over 40 products in 133 product/language combinations yearly. 30+ projects concurrently active at any one time, budget over $11M annually covering over 80 employees. Defined and executed a localization strategy which improved product localization efficiency by 60% saving over $2.5 Million annually. This holistic solution combined source content management and enterprise translation management and automation. Transformed an underperforming, demoralized, team of low maturity into a high performing, efficient team of high maturity (assessed at Level 4 Localization Maturity Model). Launched a PMO introducing standard practices and processes (in CA Clarity) including compliance requirements. Resolved misunderstandings with Business Unit Executives (VP stakeholders) by introducing standard and consistent communication.
