A policeman's primary oath is to KEEP THE PEACE! As a citizen the only property policemen own is autodial. This means all property owned by the public is to be respected, without o icers belie!in" THE# ha!e an e$uitable ri"ht o ownership. Their %ob description is to monitor the public's property, interests and a citizen's well bein", and brin" orward any C&'&( !iolations into a ci!il court or common law e!aluation )called %ustice* instead o employin" ma ioso tactics o , assault, larceny, %ud"ment )without proper education* alon" with +herman Act part , !iolations or political ) inancial* rewards. A police station is supposed to be an isolated cell o o ice, dedicated to Constitutional law primarily, without any couplin" to corrupt politicians- with the ri"ht when ordered into a""ressi!e action a"ainst a citizen or the purpose o political control, to tell the politician ./0T 1# 203!4 0nly about 56 o a police orce seem to comprehend this pure attitude, and thus these stations are currently all corrupted throu"hout Te7as, with celebrity politicians controllin" them, rather then law. 8hen arrested or ridin" my bi9e on the street, at competiti!e bicycle racin" speed, & tell the o icer .you are !iolatin" my Constitutional ri"hts-4 he smiles and says he is .upholdin" the Constitution,4 while he is stealin" my property, by orcin" me out o my wheel chair :that is also my customized bicycle; and treatin" it as a CA<= >or impound by ?1' re"ulations- to which & ha!e /0 C0/T<ACT with, as a pedestrian. 3asically, the o icer, ollowin" a City Attorney's demands, has no $ualms about per ormin" criminal actions, while !iolatin" @ out o ,A Constitutional Amendments, all the while belie!in" he has proper )e$uity* le"al protection= This is an out o control situation now. And to restore peace, policemen should ha!e their )o!erly intense* orce o authority remo!ed, %ust li9e 3ritain. 3ecome the new American unarmed 3obbies, and crime will automatically be "reatly reduced- and stupid murder and suicide by cop, eliminated. #es, a sophisticated swat team is still needed- but this should be composed o o icers that supported mana"ement by peace ul Constitutional means, instead o lawless and rec9less bullyin". The world is chan"in", while America remains stead ast and clo""ed with relics o the machine a"e, while pro iteers are insistin" on new stimulated sales throu"h impro!ed per ormance- instead o en"ineerin" e iciency that appears to be %ust a motto B and not a primary concern. China is mass producin" the 5C mph !ehicle or hi"h ener"y milea"e, and all the countries o the 8orld has accepted this /E' philosophy, other then America. 3ecause o its lo!e or +D's, to run to the local mar9et or a loa o bread, or cross a mainBstreet that is hi"hly tra ic9ed. Addin" to the turmoil, a zealous policeman )armed with pistol or authority*, is ready to use orce or brutal control. The "un is a primiti!e tactic uncalled or in the name o modern personal protection. (et the 0ld 8est <e"ulators, now rest in peace! 8e %ust don't need more .3illy the Kids.4 8hen policemen with "ood intentions attempts to in!ent law, they %ust don't realize that they are creatin" a terrible mess that City o icials are stuc9 with currently- and mediocrity is not an attorney's orte- unless they are a )persecutin"* prosecutor that is capitalizin" on the win, rather then %ustice. Competition should ha!e a "oal o $uality to win by respect, rather then be bullyin" by corporate size- to win by inance and orce. 1assi!eness and mi"ht is all that Americans currently seem to respect, and that is what is mo!in" us toward second world status! /o mista9e, we currently are at third world status and politicians are %ust out o phase when it comes to bad news.
