BOOKING TERMS and CONDITIONS

Once your child is registered with Musical Bumps they have a permanent place until you tell us otherwise. You must give at least 3 weeks notice (verbal or written) if you wish to discontinue classes. Without notice you are still liable for fees. This applies to termly, half-termly and five-week block payments. Fees cannot be waived for occasional absences. In exceptional circumstances please speak to your teacher as we may be able to come to an arrangement with you. Five-week blocks are available for babies attending 0-12 month classes which allow some flexibility; occasional missed classes may be carried forward within a term. In exceptional circumstances teachers may be able to offer this option for older children. Fees must be paid in advance. Cash payments MUST be in an envelope with your childs name and class details clearly written on the front. Cheques payable to MUSICAL BUMPS should have your childs name and class details written on the back. We do not yet accept debit/credit cards. Online: If you wish to pay by BACS, please note this under the Total Amount Enclosed and I will send you an invoice by email. Priority places are available for children already attending a class. The cut-off date for each term is shown on the booking form. After this date places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Once a class is full a waiting list is held.
