Dear Sir: We are students of Bahria University Islamabad, conducting a survey to complete our final project of MBA. In todays competitive environment , HR management is facing many difficulties to retain highly skilled employees to cope up with market forces. This survey will help us to identify many issues faced by individuals, which affect their decision to stay with an employer. Your sincere participation will contribute to our academic project and mainly it will help us to assist LCC Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd in the development of an effective retention plan for future workforce. Hiring in one base station and forced to work in other base station, pending outstanding no overtime for weekend. What are the main factors of employee commitment with organization, if any please mention? It is mention in the contract letter when you are signing. So employee should do his best effort to carry out his duties with dedication and loyalty. But one thing I want to mention for every private sector organisation that human should consider human being not machines. What difference you have found between the two organizations, in terms of retaining employees please mention Defined Working Hours, learning, Salary, and Job security. What special things (performance), you have done during your career at LCC? I have always completed my Tasks in time with full dedication. Never hamper the trust of my team in front of customer doing any wrong performance. What improvements, you think LCC employee retention policy required? First and the foremost is the working hours. There is no timing in LCC as far as I remember. There should be proper weekend off or an alternate day. If not possible then there should be incentives like overtime etc. What are the reasons you think, you should be retained in LCC?
