$t is a coalition government with three ma5or parties in power, the 6&A , N and &4 N, and all are on the same page to #ring normality to the province, &alik said.Balochistan has two ma5or pro#lems ' political and economic ' which need to #e tackled with the support of the coalition partners, the 6&A and akistan &uslim 4eague N, &alik said. *n the political front, militancy, sectarian terrorism and tri#al feuds create the main law and order pro#lems, he said.

/he insurgency in Balochistan should #e seen in a historical perspective7 it is time to work within the framework of the !onstitution to resolve all issues, though it is easier said than done.

A#out the reha#ilitation of the earth+uake)hit people of Awaran and 6ech districts, he said the provincial government had provided a#out 18,222 tents, food and other items to the affected families.A#out (s92)(s :2 #illion is re+uired for the reha#ilitation of the +uake affected people, while Balochistan,s total #udget is 9: #illion, he said.

He urged the international community and overseas akistanis to help his government carry out reha#ilitation and reconstruction work in the +uake)hit areas. He said the government had decided to turn this disaster into an opportunity to develop the infrastructure of Awaran.
