Critics: The mission statement of the St. John Hospital is clear in terms of rendering their services, precise on their physiognomies on how they deliver quality health care. It also answers the question what do we do?, how do we do it?, for whom we do it?

It can be easily understood by clients receiving the services. It is informative in terms of empowering the members of the health industry on how they can achieve their goals, active participation is needed in the overall understanding of their own personal roles that will contribute to process of delivery of unique and stand-out care.

This power-producing potential should not be underestimated as it pertains to the whole organization, as members can acknowledge the organizations mission and also see how their roles contribute towards the missions achievement.
