MS Gun-owner Victories
Citizen activism works! First, let's celebrate our victories. The rest of this brochure is about issues & contact information for activist groups in Mississippi. Online classes coming soon. Rick Ward made it possible to take the written test for enhanced firearm permits online. Classes are run by private enterprise, not the State. Stopped a firearm permit price increase. Rick Ward spotted an illegal price increase for gun permits. Emails from activists, such as yourself, were sent to elected officials. The price increase was revoked. The illegal overcharges were reimbursed. No gun signs removed. One of the best victories was the removal of no gun signs from all MS welcome centers and rest stops. This was due mainly to citizen activists who participated in MS for Liberty group's easy-email effort.
