Confirm whether GT cooler bank is in CB mode after trials AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE GENERATOR Isolate the GT cooler bank ON signal Check voltage (DC) across X10:1-51 for EXC ON (ie 24Vdc) Check voltage (DC) across X11:7-57 for FCB ON (ie 24Vdc) Check voltage (DC) across U70 W15:3-3 & A03K03A1 for EXC ON (ie 240Vdc) Check voltage (DC) across U70 W15:2-4 & K10A1 for FCB ON (ie 240Vdc) Check voltage (DC) across K10:1-6 for FCB ON readiness (ie 240Vdc) Check voltage (DC) across A03K031-5 for field flashing readiness (ie 40-50Vdc) Close & open FCB in Local mode Close & open FCB in remote mode via simulation (short X11:7-57 for close &X11:8-58 for open) Remove loop after trials. Check cooling fan operation by picking up K16 Normalize K16 contactor Check Status of LEDs in U70 (In:11,13,14; Out:9,15) Check Status of LEDs in U71 (In:11) Normalize the GT cooler bank ON signal Check whether all relays are in reset condition GENERATOR CONTROL PANEL Check voltage across X2:71-72 (ie Main CB closing) With GT isolator (89G) Open condition-220Vdc With GT isolator (89G) Close condition-110Vdc Check voltage across X2:73-74 (ie Tie CB closing) With GT isolator (89G) Open condition-220Vdc With GT isolator (89G) Close condition-110Vdc Check voltage across X2:21-22 (ie GT voltage-0Vac) Check voltage across X2:23-24 (ie Bus-1 voltage -63.5Vac) Check voltage across X2:25-26 (ie Bus-2 voltage -63.5Vac) GENERATOR / GT / UT Check whether all relays in GPP-A/B are in reset condition Check whether all relays in GTRP are in reset condition Check whether all relays in UTRP are in reset condition
