Nike employment of minor is an example of amoral business ethic because they are using child labour that the

work load might affect their health, children underage should be educated instead of working for a living. However rural area mostly education are not provided since they are struggling for food. Nikes hiring of children represent amoral business ethics because of the possibility of the work affecting their health and physicality and education should be provided for children instead. However, due to the jobs poor children are able to help to support their family. Children that are working for Nike due to working could cause worsen their health condition. More specifically, hazardous child labour is work in dangerous or unhealthy conditions that could result in a child being killed, or injured and/or made ill as a consequence of poor safety and health standards and working arrangements. Some injuries or ill health may result in permanent disability. Often health problems caused by working as a child labour may not develop or show up until the child is an adult. Child labour surely will affect their education. Child labour is a human rights issue. What is more of a human right than growing up as a free person, attending school without being held in bondage? However, basic education is not free in all countries and is not always available for all children, especially in remote rural areas. Where schools are available, the quality of education can be poor and the content not relevant. In situations where education is not affordable or parents see no value in education, children are sent to work, rather than to school. Certain rural area such as Pakistan are lack of jobs and a survival one with a job will only earn merely $5 per day and there is also another culture in Pakistan where one earning feed 10 mouth and with the high rate of inflation it becomes difficult for a low income population to survive therefore child labour might help them. Poor households spend the bulk of their income on food and the income provided by working children is often critical to their survival. However, poverty is not the only factor in child labour and cannot justify all types of employment and servitude.

In conclusion, Nike employment minor is an example of amoral business ethic because using child labour their working environment etc might affect their health, all children should have time to play and receive full education before they start working however because of certain rural area there is people who cant afford to send their children to school and they are struggling for food therefore they rather sent their children to work.
