Carry out pre-bid engineering work as we are bidding as Independent Power Supplier (IPP).

The financial modelling will be the most critical tools for us. 1. Data sheet & technical specification for critical equipments to float the RFQ. RFQ floating will be by client. (Agreed, we can do) 2. DPR document. (Agreed, We can do) 3. Flowchart indicating the energy/material/electrical balance. (Agreed, We can do) 4. Basic preliminary layout (required area) and basic block plan/elevation drawing. (Agreed, We can do) 5. Civil and structural preliminary GA drawings. (Not Possible, we can outsource) 6. Technical specification for packages to float RFQ. (Agreed, We can do) 7. Capex Estimation with complete breakdown of equipments, C&S, electrical, instrumentation/control, pollution control, fuel feeding, ash disposal and others on EPC package basis. (Agreed, We can do, but expediting offer is in client scope ) 8. Opex Estimation. (Agreed, We can do) 9. Financial report having supply cost of electricity, treated water, high pressure steam (70bargsuperheated), medium pressure steam (18barg-saturated) and thermal oil heating (Agreed, We can do the generation cost/kg of steam) 10. Bill of materials and schedule (Agreed, We can do) 11. All the files must be emailed in editable format i.e. MS Word, MS Excel or AutoCAD. (Agreed, We can do) 12. BOQ for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation/control where we will provide you the local unit rates which you can incorporate into your financial model. (Estimation of Civil BOQ excluded, however required inputs will be provided to civil vendor to estimate) 13. Provide a suitable supply cost for steam, thermal oil and electric power that we need to propose as IPP (Agreed, We can do the generation cost/kg of steam) 14. Provide us a pricing formula for us to propose as IPP (Not much idea on this)

Project Specific details:

Electric Power from Government USD 0.083 per kWh Coal USD 0.105 per kg Diesel Fuel USD 0.751 per litre Raw Water USD 0.06 per m3 The design must comply to zone 4 (9 Richter scale for earth quake) requirement. We prefer to have the turbine building mostly in steel structure instead of concrete buildings. The electrical synchronization with the incoming government power must be incorporated. Options required: As the high pressure steam (70barg-superheated) is only 5mt/hour (design) and 3.5mt/hour (operation), we dont want it to be supplied form the boiler meant for the turbine. Option 1 Can we generate this 70barg superheated steam, 5mt/hour from the thermal oil heater? Option 2 Stand-alone 70barg-5mt/hr high pressure boiler (Both options will not be financially viable. Any way we are giving 2 x 50% boilers, redundancy is not a constraint. Above options will increase the capex & Opex). RFQ for major components Conceptual Flowcharts
