James Vincent says he was at Osnaburgh near Lake St. Joseph east of Rat Portage for
seven years. Claim denied see below.

McPherson Scrip:
On behalf of Mrs. MacPherson of Assabaskashing Lake of the Woods District, re his
chance of attaining Scrip - State opinion of Commissioner Smith re country covered by
Treaty No. 1 are East of Winnipeg is now in Ontario and HBs resident there are n ot
entitled.

she receives it and further asks if Scrip can be located on Rainy River or Lake of the
