1" The practicum:on'the';ob training is for a minimum of 200 hours, in no case less than four 6<7 hours
for each practicum day3 it shall start on ______________ and end on _______________3 moreo4er, the practicum detailed schedules are to be agreed upon bet een the STUDENT TRAINEE and the HTE"

2" The STUDENT TRAINEE shall comply ith the re=uirements stated in the Practicum /anual, more
particularly: 2"1" comply ith the pro4isions of the contract, at all times ith the rules and regulations of the HEI and HTE3 2"2" complete the agreed duration of his:her internship3 2"8" submit a performance e4aluation sheet and daily attendance sheet to his:her practicum ad4iser3 and 2"<" submit a practicum paper 6including the ee>ly progress report and etc"7 on the deadline set by the practicum ad4iser"

8" The HEI shall: 8"1" coordinate ith the HTE for effecti4e monitoring of the practicum program3 8"2" maintain open communication ith the HTE through the practicum ad4iser or chairperson of the
,epartment of %ccountancy3 and

8"8" assign a practicum ad4iser ho shall 4isit the 1T) or>place, 6 HEI and HTE, using their best
effort, shall set in ad4ance said 4isit so as not to disrupt or> ithin the HTE"7
