ORDER GRANTING UNITED STATES TRUSTEES MOTION TO APPROVE STIPULATION FOR JUDGMENT DENYING DISCHARGE BASED ON WAIVER OF DISCHARGE THIS MATTER came before the Court upon the United States Trustees Motion to Approve Stipulation for Judgment Denying Discharge Based on Waiver of Discharge (Dkt. No. 11; the Motion). In the Motion, the United States Trustee seeks (i) the entry of an order approving the Stipulation for Judgment Denying Discharge Based on Waiver of Discharge (Dkt. No. 12; the Stipulation), executed by and between the United States Trustee and Defendant, Charles Randolph Lance (the Defendant); and (ii) the entry of a final judgment denying the Defendants discharge. The Court, having considered the
