Hybrid Structure: Analyzed various websites offering hybrid structure and what exactly they follow to promote employability

training online and offline depending upon the clients requirements and needs. Moreover, after going through various other competitors in the market and what we realized that opting for hybrid structure will be the most suitable option to start up with because already there are successful key players in market which will be giving a tough competition to E.A. So , initially we think if we can start up with a model that involves some physical involvement with online work can later on proved to b one of the reason to be upfront in the market with others players. In this report we are mainly focusing on Employability module for students and corporate with hybrid structure as a approach for delivery. Now, as decided earlier following will be our Course Module for employability. Employability Certification

This course is designed to help the single most important skill, of getting oneself understood by others; this certification covers thinking right, speaking right and writing right, mapped to work place environment. Also covered are the often unspoken aspects of communication, viz., body language, tonality, and cadence. Employability sessions are conducted by IIM Alumni/Faculty members including CXOs of companies like Procter & Gamble, Wipro, Reckitt Benckiser, Cadbury, Sara Lee, Bharti Airtel, MTV etc. Course Objective Introduction to Corporate world - Basic Knowledge and description of different sectors. English classes for those who are weak in english. Preparing your CV - with a clear USP, Preparing Behavioral Questions - smart and crisp answers to commonly asked questions. Group Discussion Practice Personal Interview Practice Advance communication classes Networking - Students should make some effort to do networking by connecting to various people on LinkedIn and through their contacts. Corporate Readiness - This focuses on preparing the student for job and summer internships. Each student should have a clear USP, should know about various sectors, and have basic functional knowledge. Especially about the sector he/she wants to pursue their career in.

Learning through literature - each student to read important books on self-help, general awareness and management. Students will submit book reviews which, after a thorough plagiarism check, will be evaluated. Time Management and Prioritization: Importance of Urgent versus Important, and the mindset of focusing on key priorities, instead of getting inundated in the thick of thin things. Participants will do a self-assessment and get practioner's tips on how they can be more effective. This Course duration will vary from half day to one day.

Assertiveness and Negotiation 2) Conflict Management (1 week) Course Description: The course focuses on the key managerial skills, helping an individual grow both as an individual as well as a leader. It guides the learner to manage his/her team in a better way by honing his/her negotiation skills, coaching skills, leadership skills, and managerial skills like resolving conflicts within the team. This course not only deals extensively with the theories and teachings of some prominent personalities like Peter F. Drucker, Tom Hopkins, Richard Lederer, but also provide in-depth knowledge on the health and safety standards of the workplace as well as legal compliance and workplace issues. Course Objective:

To hone ones managerial skills like negotiation skills, coaching skills, leadership skills and skills to resolve conflicts To enable sales managers and executives to manage their dealer / distributor network more effectively and thereby enhance overall business prospects and profitability To acquaint one with the health and safety standards of the workplace as well as legal compliance and workplace issues

Identifying the Training Need analysis : In this step we can analyze the Challenges being faced by colleges/ Corporate also ,with their competency level , the changes which they are expecting form this Training , and the on-job behavior expected from participating after training. With this E.A can frame the core of training methodology after validating the process owners. 2. Designing an E.A Training Solution: This step involves a detailed training solution after analyzing the clients challenges and demands from step1 . The objective here is to prepare a plan that provides step by step process of training module. 3. Development of a Tailored Content: E.A can thought of delivering a division that creates Content tailored to some specific program for selected target audience. Here International design methodologies and Learnings Analytics can be used to Guide the content creation process. Learning aids which consists of trainer presentations, participant workbooks / handouts, facilitator handbook, participant job-aids, session delivery outline and other material can be provided to the trainer and to the participants so they can refresh their knowledge even after the training has concluded. Learning Analytics based on Kirkpatricks Evaluation Principle can be applied. 4. Trainer Deployment and Training Delivery : E.A can create its pan-India presence in training deployment. We can set up a team available at the most catered centers so that they can deliver training programs. With this we can build our online portal of delivering training with presentation, videos, audio sessions, questionnaire, assignments, assessment and evaluation sheets and many more. 5. Post Training Field Evaluation : By using the Learnings Analytics , E.A can measure the effect or impact of training on participants once the training is completed. The Changes observed at the workplace or college can be taken as a overall improvement in groups or as an individual. A Post training report can be generated and made available to clients in order to analyze the effectiveness of training module.

6. On Job Coaching (For corporate): Sometimes external and work related factors can create obstacle for participants. In such cases, using the Post Training Report a plan can be prepared for on job coaching. But the plan needs to be approved by client before implementation. Such kind of training helps in conditioning the skills learnt and makes them motivated to overcome their work related challenges and enhance their gateway of learnings. Course Designed will be prepared keeping in view the objective of the resources available and their feasibility level. However it on the other hand ensures minimization of bias and maximization of reliability of the evidence collected by survey. Delivery Analysis for students: As our target audience will be colleges in this case so, firstly we need to specific about the selection of appropriate colleges / institutions. We can plan our Tie- Ups with those colleges which are beneficial for us in terms of generating goodwill for E.A. If we get online application via individuals for employability then , we can focus mainly on Online Model as it wont be feasible for us to go and cater each student at different locations. But if its from colleges then the following structure can be followed which involves a mix of 70 % online and 30 % face to face delivery. Online Delivery (70 %) Face to Face Delivery (30 %) i. Delivery Analysis for Corporate : The main objective behind this segment is to serve a tailored solution fulfilling their needs and making them feel motivated and more dedicated towards their work. Sometimes external and work related factors can create obstacle for participants There are many companies which faces problems or inefficiency in work due to lack of work related skills and uninterested employees. Same as above first a demand fulfilling plan will be prepared which will be shown to the company before implementation. We can follow a mixture of delivery mode here as well.
