UL/FM OS&Y Gate Valve - Model 2030

Product Features
Resilient seat gate valves comply with AWWA C515-09.
Body, bonnet, and wedge made of high strength ductile iron per
ASTM A536 65-45-12.
Interior and exterior of the valves are fusion bond epoxy coated
per AWWA C550. Epoxy powder is certified to NSF-61.
Each valve is equipped with a hand-wheel that indicates direction
of opening.
Packing is constructed of high quality graphite.
Valves are supplied with EPDM o-ring seals for the bonnet and body.
Operating stems are made of AISI 431 stainless steel.
Wedge nuts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Flanged ends are in accordance with ANSI B16.1, 125 lb. pattern
(AWWA C110).
UL/FM rated working pressure: 2 ~12: 300 psi.
UL rated working pressure: 14~18: 250 psi.
UL rated working pressure: 20~24: 200 psi.
Ductile iron wedge fully encapsulated with EPDM rubber.
All sizes come with NPT tapped test ports and plugs.
14-18 come with eye bolts for ease of handling and installation.
Sizes 3-12 available in Groove x Groove; dimensions per AWWA C606.
Temperature rating: -10 to 120C.
