When the parents left the property for a brief trip to the store, NOY entered the house and carefully sought out the young girl who had been left with older siblings inside. NOY located her in a bedroom, sexually assaulted her, and fled the area before being captured later. NOY was also convicted for Assault and Battery for a 2008 incident in Fall River. During this incident, NOY grabbed a female from behind in an apartment building hallway and attempted to drag her into his apartment. The female fought him off and was able to escape. In 2012, NOY was convicted of Malicious Destruction of Property and Attempt to Commit a Crime when he attempted to break into the bedroom window of a 13 year old girl.
