To assist the undersigned in his official functions as Principal of the Midwifery Program and per request from the Office of the Student Affairs to employ one (1) Student Assistant in this office, Mr. PAUL CHRISTIAN C. PARAGAS, BSN 3 Student is hereby designated as Student Assistant in the Office of the Principal effective this date . Mr. Paragas will perform the following functions under the direct supervision of the undersigned: a. Encode and reproduce office communications and other instrumentalities; b. Receive and release official communications (memos, advisories, announcements, etc.) c. Post announcements and update the bulletin board of the Office of the Principal; d.
